Pamela DeSalvo Landis is vice president of Information Services at Carolinas HealthCare System, an $8.7 billion integrated delivery network in the Carolinas with more than 650 care locations. Carolinas HealthCare System is one of the nation’s leading and most innovative health care organizations and provides a full spectrum of health care and wellness programs throughout North and South Carolina.

Pamela is responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of all mobile, web, engagement and collaborative technology efforts directed toward patients, consumers, physicians and employees with a focus on usability, change management and adoption. Her team leads all technology efforts around emerging technology development, including mobile consumer and patient applications, MyCarolinas patient portal, internal and external responsive web efforts and internal collaboration tools.

Prior to joining Carolinas in 2011, she led digital efforts at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. She also oversaw implementation of electronic medical record, revenue cycle and quality systems for Henry Ford’s accountable care organization. She has also worked at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in public affairs. She is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and earned a master’s degree in health informatics from the University of Illinois-Chicago.

Lindsay Resnick, MHA, is Chief Marketing Officer at Wunderman Health. With 30 years of professional experience in health care and insurance, Lindsay is responsible for Wunderman Health’s marketing efforts as well as business development and client strategic counsel. Wunderman is a digital and direct marketing agency with 170 offices in 60 countries. Wunderman specializes in CRM, advertising, loyalty management, content, promotions and social media.

Lindsay’s health care consumer market expertise includes Population Health Management, Medicare, Medicaid, Affordable Care Act, and Individual Medical Insurance. He is also a Mentor with Healthbox, a business accelerator helping early stage health care technology companies go-to-market. His previous experience includes work at Massachusetts General Hospital, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Celtic Life Insurance, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. He has a master’s degree in health administration from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University.
