He is a frequent keynote speaker and featured presenter on healthcare marketing and branding topics.

Sanders has a track record for transforming organizations by using innovation and emerging technologies to establish a 360-view patient and creating a seamless experience across their healthcare journey. She has successfully integrated CRM and marketing automation into the marketing function at several institutions enabling greater transparency, impact, and accountability. Her focus is on creating personalized, relevant, and value-added interactions for consumers and patients that contribute to UCSF digital first leadership. Sarah’s healthcare career spans both adult and pediatric medicine, including most recently Nemours Children’s Health and Penn Medicine.

Digital Patient Experience Strategist, Chris Boyer, LLC

Chris Boyer is principal consultant for Chris Boyer, LLC. For nearly 15 years, he has been a voice in the digital experience community, including an active role in the Mayo Clinic Social Media Network, the Forum for Healthcare Strategies and the Healthcare Executive Forum. He has been at the forefront of digital innovation, working with health systems, academic medical centers, and medical practices across the US, including leading digital strategy operations at Inova Health System, Northwell Health, M Fairview Health and Beth Israel Lahey Health. Chris is also the co-host of the Touch Point podcast, a weekly program dedicated to discussion on digital experience strategies.
