Two years into the pandemic, senior health care leaders are worn out. Adapting to constant changes in the COVID landscape has been all-consuming, and it’s tempting to keep putting strategic priorities on hold until it’s over.

But what if you had a method for moving things forward — now?

In this free webinar, you’ll hear how marketers at Kettering Health in Ohio use 30-minute “Executive Visioning” meetings with senior administrators to align marketing goals with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Executive Visioning meetings are brief and focused, and give executives a chance to share the opportunities and challenges they are facing, as well as current pain points. For marketers, it’s a chance to get some (mask-covered) face time with the C-suite and act as a strategic advisor rather than an order-taker.

Join us on March 10 and get tips from experts who have successfully broken through the noise to get the attention of senior leaders. You’ll discover new ways you can play a pivotal role in keeping your organization moving ahead, even during challenging times.

You’ll learn:

  • New techniques to help your organization’s leaders refocus on strategy, even during the ongoing crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic
  • How the power of listening enables you to confidently participate in strategic discussions with your executive team
  • How Executive Visioning meetings give you deep insights into your organization’s strategic direction
  • How to incorporate findings into your annual plan
  • How these skills enable you to build strong partnerships with C-Suite executives
