Kathy Selker is the Managing Director of Stratos, a business-oriented marketing consultancy built upon my many years as the President and CEO of Northlich, an independent strategic marketing and advertising agency. Stratos was inspired by the stratosphere, the atmospheric layer above turbulence. It’s where the air is clear, and the view is expansive. Our big-picture perspective comes from years of experience in driving behavior change and building business.

In the agency business we were always tasked to drive staff billable hours. At Stratos we take a more progressive approach to resourcing and rather than fitting the needs to the team we have; we begin with our client’s business challenge and then assemble the right team to best address the work that needs to be done.

She has a deep interest in community access to healthcare and her blog, https://aimforthe80.com/, covers industry trends, tactics, and strategies focused on helping marketers communicate with women about complex services such as health care and financial services. Many of her posts have been picked up by third-party publishers such as Forbes, The American Marketing Association and MediaPost.
