Women make the majority of health care decisions for themselves and their families, and reaching them in meaningful ways requires more than broad messaging or generic campaigns.
Join winners from the 2025 eHealthcare Leadership Awards in the Best Digital Marketing Campaign category for a closer look at how leading organizations are using digital channels to connect with women at critical moments in their health journeys.
This roundtable features three distinct campaigns, each focused on a different stage of care:
- A maternity campaign designed to guide and support expectant mothers through pregnancy and delivery decisions.
- A mammography campaign focused on encouraging screenings and reaching women at key decision points.
- A urogynecology campaign addressing sensitive conditions with clarity, empathy, and precision.
Each campaign reflects a distinct audience, a different set of needs, and a different approach to engagement. What they share is a clear understanding of how women seek information, evaluate options, and take action.
You'll hear how these campaigns were built, how digital channels were used to reach and resonate with specific audiences, and how strategy translated into measurable results.
You'll also hear from industry expert Matt King of Definitive Healthcare, who will share his perspectives on:
- Moving beyond healthcare consumerism from campaign performance to care performance
- Marketing as a driver of patient understanding and action
- Creating one system, one view of demand, and better outcomes
Whether you are promoting preventive care, supporting life-stage decisions, or addressing sensitive health concerns, you will come away with ideas you can apply in your own work.
Join us for a roundtable discussion with healthcare marketing leaders who will share practical insights and real-world examples. Take advantage of the opportunity to ask questions, join the conversation, and learn from award-winning campaigns.
You'll hear how leading organizations:
- Identify and segment women's health audiences
- Translate insight into messaging that resonates
- Use digital channels with precision and purpose
- Build trust around sensitive or complex topics
- Measure performance and refine campaigns over time
