I’m very pleased to announce that Linda MacCracken has joined this elite group.
Linda is senior principal, customer engagement at Accenture Health. She works with providers and payers to translate business goals to customer-engaged transformation. She develops trusted relationships to understand client vision, combined customer health engagement leveraging opportunity and capabilities from technology, analytics to create target results in lower cost, greater access and profitable growth. Linda currently holds a faculty appointment teaching physician executives at Harvard’s Masters of Management Program, where she has taught since 2001. She is a frequent speaker addressing customer engagement innovation and development opportunity.
