Opportunity
White Plains Hospital, tertiary hub for Montefiore Health System in Hudson Valley, is well-known throughout Westchester County, a suburb outside of New York City, with a legacy of more than 130 years. Marketing efforts had previously been focused mostly on service line advertising to drive volume for new and growing programs. But research showed an opportunity to capture those Westchester residents who still believed they needed to travel to New York City for complex care. In 2022, the hospital shifted its focus to further elevating the organization’s overall reputation for providing complex care close to home for its community.
Implementation
The marketing team launched the “Every Day” brand campaign as a fully integrated media campaign. The TV creative featured beautiful vignettes of scenes across the hospital, showcasing physicians, advanced technology, and an exceptional patient experience. Radio, print, and digital assets complemented the campaign look and messaging, positioning the hospital as “among the best hospitals anywhere, that just so happens to be here.” This message resonated extremely well in the community.
