One thing is clear — the days of using AI for AI’s sake are over. Now the focus is on using AI to solve real business problems. “Ask yourself, how is AI going to deliver value in the context of this problem?” says Julia Sorensen, vice president, marketing, market research and consumer insights at Mass General Brigham. “So, no vanity projects, but really a clear focus on value delivery and success metrics.”
