Lindsay is recognized leader in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Areas of focus span the payer, provider and technology landscape and include consumer data and insights, competitive intelligence, brand direct marketing, customer experience, and sales optimization. Specific health sector expertise includes Medicare, Individual & Group Insurance, Affordable Care Act, Long Term Care, Population Health, and Health Technology.

Lindsay is a Mentor at MATTER, a health technology incubator helping early-stage companies go-to-market. Previously he mentored at Healthbox. Lindsay is on the Consumer Experience Advisory Committee of Alignment Healthcare which operates in the Medicare Advantage market with a customer-centric ‘Payvider’ model for health care delivery. He has also been on the Advisory Boards of HMS Federal and Zipari.

Since 2010 Lindsay has served as executive vice president of WPP’s Wunderman Thompson Health, a healthcare marketing agency that integrates strategy, data, creative, and technology to amplify brands, accelerate growth and strengthen customer relationships. He has held executive roles at Weber Shandwick’s ReviveHealth, Gorman Health Group, Healthmarket, and Celtic Life Insurance. Early in his career Lindsay’s experience included Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Lindsay has a Masters in Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston. As an influencer with over 16,500 LinkedIn connections, Lindsay is a frequent speaker and author of more than 50 articles on topics in healthcare, insurance, marketing and sales.
