2020 brought profound changes to our lives, prompting University Health in Texas to conduct research to better understand the needs of San Antonians during these transformative times. Based on the findings of both quantitative and qualitative studies, the marketing team, along with its agency partner Revive, created a new brand platform that supports the organization’s strategic direction while engaging the community on a journey of health improvement.

The resulting brand campaign won a 2023 eHealthcare Leadership Award in the Best Integrated Marketing Campaign category.

The health system constantly changes to meet the growing and ever-evolving needs of the community. Evidence of this commitment includes expanding access to specialties, opening new clinics, breaking ground on a women’s and children’s specialty hospital, and enhancing patient experience.

“We believe in the power of change. Even the smallest changes can produce the biggest outcomes. That’s where healthier begins.”
